Privacy Notice for Project Inquiries
This notice explains how Pico Art uses information submitted through the Request a Technical Proposal form.
Information we receive
We may receive your name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, project type, dimensions, installation location, budget range, timeline, project description and private file links. With optional measurement consent, we may also record referral and campaign information. Essential server and security logs remain in use to operate the site and protect the form from abuse.
How the information is used
Information is used to review feasibility, recommend materials and fabrication routes, prepare proposal direction, coordinate follow-up and protect the website against spam or misuse. Pico Art does not sell inquiry information.
Files and confidential projects
Only share files you are authorized to provide. For confidential artist work, request an NDA before sending detailed production files. Cloud links can be withdrawn by the sender at any time.
Retention and requests
Inquiry records are retained only as needed for project follow-up, security and applicable business records. To request access, correction or deletion, email pico@picoart.com.

Optional analytics and advertising measurement
Only after you choose Allow measurement do we enable optional first-party visitor analytics, Google Analytics and Google Ads measurement. This may include page paths, engagement, approximate country, referral sources, campaign parameters and advertising click identifiers such as GCLID. Inquiry conversion events are sent only after successful storage, not merely a page view. Internal tests are excluded from marketing conversions. We do not send your name, email, project brief or private file links as analytics event fields.
Before permission or after you choose Decline measurement, optional tracking is disabled, saved campaign identifiers are cleared in this browser, and new inquiries are marked with unknown attribution. You can still browse and submit an inquiry. Existing server security logs and inquiry records are not deleted by this choice. Change your choice using Privacy preferences. The choice lasts up to 180 days; consenting attribution storage lasts up to 90 days. Earlier consent for Google Analytics alone is not treated as permission for advertising measurement.
