Privacy Notice for Project Inquiries

This notice explains how Pico Art uses information submitted through the Request a Technical Proposal form.

Information we receive

We may receive your name, business email, phone or WhatsApp number, project type, dimensions, installation location, budget range, timeline, project description and private file links. The website may also record referral, campaign and technical information needed to understand the inquiry source and protect the form from abuse.

How the information is used

Information is used to review feasibility, recommend materials and fabrication routes, prepare proposal direction, coordinate follow-up and protect the website against spam or misuse. Pico Art does not sell inquiry information.

Files and confidential projects

Only share files you are authorized to provide. For confidential artist work, request an NDA before sending detailed production files. Cloud links can be withdrawn by the sender at any time.

Retention and requests

Inquiry records are retained only as needed for project follow-up, security and applicable business records. To request access, correction or deletion, email pico@picoart.com.
